3.3.4 Provisions 3.3.1 to 3.3.3 will come into effect on 1 September 2017 and will not be applied retroactively, except to have an unknown borough experience transferred with the same district during the 2016-2017 school year for the calculation of experience supplements for the 2017-2018 school year. 12.1.2 Effective September 1, 2018, a teacher has the right to present a (1) teacher`s day off that has not previously been used by the teacher, in which case the teacher is entitled to a maximum of two (2) days off from the teacher in a given school year. If the teacher has had two (2) such days in a school year, the teacher is not allowed to present other days that have not been used before this year. 8.4.2 As part of the normal school layout, a principal should consult with the school board on optional programs, co-school and extracurricular activities. 3.5.1 For each teacher in a night or summer/class school program, the sum of $66.88 per hour of class is $66.88 as of September 1, 2016. Each teacher coordinator of night classes will pay $71.79 per hour as of September 1, 2016. 15.3.5 Representatives of TEBA and the association meet within 15 days of operation to discuss the difference or at a later consensual date for both parties. By mutual agreement between TEBA and the association, representatives of the district concerned by the difference may be invited to participate in the discussion on difference. The borough may retain an adaptation of the experience if, in its opinion, the teacher has not achieved satisfactory results in the previous school year. Under no circumstances can the district retain an adjustment of experience for more than a year. These borough measures are subject to appeal procedures under this agreement.
Before retaining the accumulated experience, the district will make available in writing the teacher, the executive assistant of the local association #55 and the coordinator of social assistance to teachers for its decision. The borough pays each assistant principal an allowance equal to half (1/2) of the allowance to be paid under point 4.2.3 to the rector of the school to which the assistant principal is assigned. 4.3.1 Headteachers and vice-principals who change schools at the request of the district receive the highest amount of (a) (a) the assistance that the rector or assistant principal receives during the year in which he or she leaves school; b) the assistance that the rector or assistant principal could receive in the new school. 8.3.1 Staff engagement within a school is the responsibility of the principal and staff. 12.1.3 In the case where a teacher has two (2) days of teacher leave in a given school year, the second (second) day cannot be taken in relation to other leave provisions, including teacher leave. 4.1.1 When the district establishes or appoints new positions under this Article 4 that are not covered by Clause 4.2.6, the allowances are awarded in agreement with the bargaining committee of the association`s #55; and the lower bargaining subcommittee is authorized to represent and engage the association. 220.127.116.11 When schools open for the next school year or school year, the teacher will return to the regular ward of the district and will not leave or resign for a period of two (2) years after the return of the leave. 18.104.22.168 that leave is taken only during a school year, 3.3.2 A teacher is granted only one (1) increase in experience during a (1) school year. 22.214.171.124 The maximum number of full-time equivalent days of teaching experience that can be counted for growth in a school year is one hundred and ninety days (190).
